We had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse. The staff welcomed us warmly, even though it was late at night and we made a last-minute booking. The cleanliness of the place was exceptional, and the facilities were well-maintained. The location couldn't have been better, as it was very close to the small town centre and within walking distance of the bus station. This made transportation to nearby attractions, such as the seven lakes, extremely convenient.

Noise was a major issue as the room was right by the front door. We could hear a lot of noise coming from the door and from other guests, especially on the first night.

I recently stayed at Aleks Guest House for a week-long skiing trip in Borovets. The price was incredibly reasonable and the facilities were great, including a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable common area. The location was fabulous, with easy access to the bus stop for both Sofia and Borovets, as well as nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The owner, Alex, was a fantastic host and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. I highly recommend this spot for a relaxed and enjoyable stay.
